Day Tour Guidelines

DAY TOUR is from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM only.

To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests, we kindly ask you to review the following guidelines

before embarking on your day tour adventure. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated as we strive to

provide an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Standard Check-in Time is 8:00 AM and Check-out is 4:00 PM

Children's Rate
- Kids from 5 to11 y/o is 50% Off
- Young Adults from 12 y/o and above are charged the full rate

Pets are welcome with the following Policies:
- Pets must be leashed at all time
- No excessive barking and must be kept at bay
- Pets are prohibited in the restaurant and nature pool
- Pets must always wear diapers
- Pets must have complete vaccination papers

There is no Globe Signal in the Resort. However, Smart Signal is in LTE.

Smoking in the Accommodation, Beach, and Public Areas is strictly prohibited, Kindly go to the Designated Smoking Areas

Borrowing of Restaurant's Tableware and Cutleries is prohibited. Disposable Plates, Cups, etc. are available and subject to an additional cost

Outside Food and Drinks are allowed but subject to applicable Corkage Fees

ACTIVITIES THAT ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
- Bringing of flammable liquid and Gas
- Bringing of Electric Cookware
- Fishing by net or by hooks
- Videoke/Karaoke of any form

100% payment upon reservation

Any paid booking cancellation is non- refundable, yet rebooking is allowed within 6 months from booking date, no extension policies after 6 months.

Room rates may vary on rebooked dates, any rate increase on the time of rebooking dates shall be applied accordingly.

Should guests wish to rebook their stay dates, they need to advise the resort within 48 hours prior to check in date.

All room rates are inclusive of government tax.

Children 5 to 11 years old are subject to 50% discount on room additional charges only, 4 years old below is free of charge while 12 years old above is considerered adult of full charges.
